Namboowa Winnie was born on 28/11/2017 currently living in Buloba with her father and stepmother. Winnie was born by Ms. Nanyonjo Rita and Mr. Ivan Wasswa  Mugalu  . She has two siblings who are both boys. At 5 years she has never attended any formal education and therefore needs to be in school.
